  • What can I expect from Scrub Hub ATX?

    Your experience with Scrub Hub ATX is our number one priority. Here are a few things you can expect:

    Professionalism: Every single team member will be professional, friendly, and thorough. Cleaning is not a hobby for us, it’s a career.

    Communication: We believe in over-communication. From when we will arrive to how much services cost, you’ll remain informed at all times!

    Care: Scrub Hub is truly locally owned and locally dedicated. You can expect us to care about you and your property as much as we care about our own.

  • Is there anything Scrub Hub ATX does not do?

    Yes! We are committed to our craft. This means we do not do anything outside of cleaning. We do not do repairs, renovations, or property management.

    Additionally, we care about our staff like family. Keeping them safe is a mission for us every day. Because of this, we do not clean human or animal waste, drug paraphernalia, deceased animals, or anything we feel is dangerous.

  • Can I provide my own cleaning products to Scrub Hub?

    Yes! Many of our commercial and short term rental clients provide their own cleaning supplies. This is not a requirement by any means.

    Please note if you do not want us to use any of our cleaning products, we will want to chat with you about expectations as each cleaning product impacts the outcome of a cleaning service.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Credit/Debit Card. We do not take checks.

  • Should I tip my cleaning crew?

    Tips are always appreciated but never expected. We strive for excellence and love being recognized for that via tips and/or reviews, however we will never expect these

  • Do you have green cleaning products?

    Yes! Green cleaning products are available upon request. Please note these products come with a slight up-charge as they are much more expensive than standard cleaning products.

Human or Animal Waste: We do not provide services for cleaning human or animal waste. Please ensure your property is waste-free before our team arrives.

Central Heating and Cooling: Our services require functioning central heating and cooling systems, as well as hot running water. We do not operate in environments where these are unavailable or non-functional.

Safety Concerns: The safety of our team is paramount. We reserve the right to refuse services if our team perceives any danger or threat to their well-being.

Estimates and Pricing: All estimates provided are generalized and subject to change based on the actual condition of the property. Prices may vary accordingly. You will always be notified of a price change and asked to approve it first.

Lock Out and Cancellation Fee: A $100 lock out and/or cancellation fee applies if access to the property is denied upon arrival or if a scheduled appointment is cancelled without 24 hour notice.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, or mistreatment of any kind directed towards our team members. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
